I further acknowledge that, notwithstanding any current injunction, stay, or pending legal challenge affecting enforcement of Virginia Senate Bill 746 (SB746), originally scheduled to take effect on July 1, 2026, I remain solely responsible for ensuring that my conduct complies with all applicable laws as they exist at the time of purchase, possession, transfer, and use.
