This is important information regarding turn around times. If you are interested in placing an order with us PLEASE READ THIS!!!
We will be closed from February 14 thru March 8 as we head to Florida to our Gators-N-Guns hunt.
We will be available by phone and email to answer any questions while we are away.
Today, Sunday February 1, is the LAST day to get orders in to begin processing before we leave. Any orders that come in after that will not begin processing until we return. ETAs are based on when your order begins processing.
When we return from Florida, we will be in the process of moving. We will be working through this transition, but please be aware in case there may be unforeseen delays. We will try and keep everyone updated in the process.
Our products are backed by our LIFETIME warranty. Products not made by us carry that manufacturers warranty. Our products are built to order. Due to this, turnaround times may vary based on product ordered and/or current workload. Cerakote adds additional time. If you are concerned with the turnaround time, please contact us before placing your order to get the most up-to-date estimate. Approximate ETAs: -Complete uppers: 6 to 10 weeks -Complete rifles, pistols & lowers: 6 to 10 weeks We do not give updates on the status of your order. Please check your account for the status of your order. Order Status: Awaiting Processing - Order has not been printed. If you paid with a card, your order is placed in line. If you are mailing in a payment, your order will not be placed into line until AFTER payment is received and funds have cleared. Processing - Order is printed and working through the queue. Ready To Ship/Pick Up - Your order is ready. For items requiring a background check, you received an email with instructions on how to get us the license for the dealer you want it shipped to or instructions for pick up. Shipped - Your order is on its way.
Since our products are built to order, we do not keep an on hand inventory. We do not have a storefront. Our product line can be viewed here on the website. We do not manufacture or sell ammunition. We do not accept transfers. Return shipping and an administration fee of $25 will be due before the item is returned to the shipper.
