Returns:
1.) ALL FIREARM SALES ARE FINAL once item has been transferred.
2.) Any issue with added accessories such as scopes, optics, etc, please contact Echo 3 Ordnance to discuss on a case by case basis. This issue may need to go directly through that product manufacturer.
Warranty:
Echo 3 Ordnance, LLC (E3O) offers a limited lifetime warranty on all of our in-house manufactured items. Complete firearms, uppers, and lowers all carry the same warranty. Coverage begins on the date of purchase, or on the date of transfer should possession of the warrantied item take place on a date later than the date of purchase.
-From the date the you take possession of your firearm, all parts and labor are covered at no cost to the customer. Please read the following for exclusions, details and the warranty process.
NOT COVERED
-The warranty in non-transferable. It is valid for the original purchaser only.
oException
oThe warranty can be transferred to the child of the original purchaser, should the warrantied item be “handed down”.
-The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
-The warranty does not cover intentional abuse or neglect.
-The warranty does not cover modifications to the warrantied item.
oModifications do NOT void the warranty.
oNon-modified parts of the warrantied item retain the full warranty.
oException
§Warrantied items can be returned to E3O to be modified.
§Parts and labor must be purchased from and labor done by E3O.
§Those modifications are then incorporated into the full warranty.
-Malfunctions caused by faulty ammunition are not covered.
-If the issue is determined to be user error, customers may be responsible for materials used and labor to determine the cause of the malfunction.
To File a Claim:
-Contact E3O at warranty@echo3ordnance.com for a Warranty Repair Form
-Send warrantied item and completed Warranty Repair Form along with a copy of the warranty card and copy of the customers photo ID to E3O.
Shipping
-Customer is responsible for shipping warrantied item to E3O.
-If the issue is determined to be valid, a refund will be issued to cover the shipping to E3O.
oUp to $15.00 refund per shipped item.
-If the issue is determined to be user error or a reason not covered by the warranty, No refund will be issued and customer will be responsible for return shipping.
-Customer will be responsible for shipping to and from E3O for items being returned for modifications, not related to a warranty claim
