When booking you can either pay a deposit to lock in your spot or pay in full. If paying in full, a card processing fee is applied. 

After making a deposit, the balance must be paid in full by September 1, 2023. Your rifle will not be shipped out until AFTER the balance is paid. Balance can be paid by check, money order or card. 

Once a deposit, payments or payment in full is made, there are no refunds for cancellations or no shows. In the event you do cancel, you will still receive your rifle. 

You will receive your rifle BEFORE your hunt. Get it setup the way you want, sight it in and then bring it with you on the hunt. 

3 Day Ohio Whitetail Hunt 

TRA South was new for the 2022 season. It is the sister lodge to the main camp which is in Highland county. TRA South is Located in neighboring Adams County just a short 30 min drive south. The property is prime whitetail habitat with rolling hills, steep terrain, flat cropland and river bottoms nestled in and surrounded by thousands of acres where hunting is not allowed, and the deer population is very high. There will be comfortable stands and blinds in place over looking food plots, crop fields, feeders, hardwood ridges travel corridors and pinch points. 

TRA South has room for 10 hunters in the cozy lodge that sits on 600 acres of the 1100 acres that makes up the south lodge farms  

There is a 130” minimum to harvest a buck without a penalty fee. 

TRA has no trophy fees 

Undersize Buck Fee

$25 per inch for every inch under a Boone & Crocket score of 130”  

Mature deer at least 5.5 years old are exempt from the Min scores above. 

Included in this package is: 

-Echo 3 Ordnance rifle chambered in 350 Legend or 450 Bushmaster. (Ohio is a straight wall only state) 

-3 days of hunting, November 27-29

-Lodging from November 26-30

-Dinner meals for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 

-Transportation to and from the field to baited stands 

-Tracking and retrieval of game 

Each participant is also entered into 2 separate drawings for FREE prizes. 

1) One successful hunter will receive a FREE shoulder mount of their trophy taken during the early gun season  

2) Trophy Room Adventures is giving away 2 350 Legend rifles. One to the hunter that harvests the largest buck of the season, and the second to a hunter that is randomly drawn from all those that hunted with TRA this coming season.
