1. Layaway is for Echo 3 Ordnance products ONLY. Accessories can only be added to a layaway with an E3O product. 

2. As you make payments, parts for your order are set aside. Your order will be moved to the build que AFTER it is paid in FULL.

3. Payments on layaways are NOT refundable. In the event you cancel your order, you will receive the parts that have been set aside for you. You will not receive any serialized items such as lowers.

4. Initial payment is made by purchasing this item listing. When you are ready to make additional payments, please choose the $50.00 and/or $100.00 Christmas Layaway Payment and checkout. If your final payment will be less than one of those, a separate listing for your final payment will be created.    

Virginia sales tax of 5.3% is added to each payment if applicable.

6. Layaway needs to be paid in full by December 1, 2023
